    eCommerce Marketing / Graphics Coordinator

  • Discraft has an exciting opportunity for the Disc Golf and Ultimate enthusiasts in its new office in Wixom, Michigan. They are looking for a motivated and driven individual to handle the role as eCommerce Marketing/Graphics Coordinator. This role requires this individual to be very organized, detail oriented, passionate and flexible in dealing with last minute changes. Discraft is looking for an individual with the drive and skill-set that can handle our B2B and B2C web and marketing needs.

  • Responsibilities
    • Daily hands-on execution of eCommerce marketing programs in support of company objectives.
    • Coordination of CMS system.
    • Supporting the development and implementation of short and long-term eCommerce marketing strategies, targeting sales to existing customers and cultivating relationships with prospects as well as reporting of campaign performance and overall effectiveness.
    • Understanding eCommerce marketing projects from a technical point of view–serve as a main point of contact for data integration for multiple platforms and systems ensuring integrated program management and optimal use of third-party programs and partnerships.
    • Implementing and advising on site features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, database segmentation, APIs and page templates.
    • Managing and developing eCommerce testing roadmap–continually optimizes, analyzes, A/B tests, and makes recommendations on improving eCommerce performance.
    • Analyzing eCommerce results and reporting performance, summarizing key insights, and offering recommendations.
    • Staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to eCommerce–ensures best practices and share eCommerce program insights and recommendations with marketing colleagues.
    • Writing, editing, and/or designing engaging content or design-focused social media posts targeted to specific audiences for a wide variety of social media platforms.
    • Creating, claiming, updating, and/or optimizing social media profiles, directory pages, and other elements of their online digital persona and brand.
    • Creating custom graphics for website advertisements, email campaigns and media outlets.

  • Qualifications
    • BA/BA in Marketing, Communications, Web Design or a related field.
    • Solid understanding of usability within the Web and eCommerce channels.
    • Experience in eCommerce marketing.
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
    • Ability to analyze data issues and produce working solutions (MS Excel experience required).
    • Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics) is preferred.
    • Working knowledge of HTML, SQL, CSS & mobile eCommerce design.
    • Project management skills.
    • Excellent English language verbal skills, composition, and editing skills both on and off the website.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize, multitask and work within tight deadlines is crucial to this role.
    • Strong social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

  • This is a full time position. Most work will be completed Monday through Friday but occasionally may require night and weekend work. This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

    Shipping / Receiving

  • Job summary
  • Discraft has an opening in the Shipping/Receiving department. Ideal candidates would have substantial knowledge and prior experience in Shipping/Receiving. This role requires the individual to be very organized, detail oriented, have excellent time management skills, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with shipping to B2B (wholesale) and B2C (ecommerce) customers is a requirement for this position. Discraft’s expansion in their eCommmerce, has enabled growth in the shipping department and an opportunity for a qualified individual to join the team.

  • Responsibilities
    • Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information, counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
    • Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
    • Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or Pallet sheets identifying shipping information on cartons.
    • Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped.
    • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
    • Process returns.
    • Attending to routine customer care requests and email.
    • Navigate in specified Platforms. ( Ecommerce, World Ship, Microsoft Nav)
    • May operate hi-lo or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage, work area, or loading dock.
    • Maintains inventory of shipping materials (stock shelves) and report when supplies or inventory is low.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.
    • Attendance is mandatory.

  • Qualifications
    • Experience in shipping/receiving.
    • Experience working with an eCommerce Platform.
    • Experience in eCommerce shipping.
    • Able to Navigate through Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
    • Excellent customer relation skills, verbal and written.
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs., and stand and walk for 8 hours.

  • Working Conditions
  • This is a full time position. Most work will be completed Monday through Friday but occasionally may require weekend work. This job operates in a warehouse environment.

  • Job summary
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk duration of 8 hours with occasional sitting; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift or move boxes up to 50 pounds throughout their shift.
